Browned Bananas

One of the best tasting and simple sweets ever! Take a firm, ripe banana and cut into quarters. Add a few drops of coconut or olive oil to a pan, and lay banana cut side down. Brown on low-medium heat. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and a pinch of Celtic or Himalayan salt. Turn over when browned, reduce heat, and sprinkle cinnamon (and a little date sugar if you have it) on the other side. Turn off heat and leave fruit in pan until it is heated through. Squeeze lime or lemon juice over and serve! Easy, sweet and delish!
